Return & Exchange Policy – MODVYN

At MODVYN, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, whether you choose custom tailoring, ready-to-wear fashion, or accessories.

Return Window
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Eligible Products
- Ready-to-Wear Clothing & Accessories: Eligible for return/exchange if unused and in original condition.
- Cosmetics & Personal Care: Only accepted if unopened and unused, due to hygiene reasons.
- Custom Tailoring Orders: Since these are made to your measurements, they are non-returnable. However, we offer free alterations if the fit is not as expected.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size, color, or product defects.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How to Return
- Contact our customer service team via phone or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our team.
- Once received, we’ll process your return/exchange promptly.

- Items purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.
- Metro Station reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
